Description:

The Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority (CCSWDA) seeks visionary, analytical, results-oriented candidates to
apply for the position of Executive Director for its modern facility in Jonesboro, AR. The Executive Director leads the
management team for CCSWDA, which operates the landfill, accepting all non-hazardous solid waste in the county
(about 400 tons/day), including Jonesboro, a vibrant, growing community of 60,000 people that offers wonderful quality of
life advantages, within 1 hour of northwest Memphis, TN. Interested candidates should be long-term planners, astute on waste
management regulations, and have sound financial management skills. Time is of the essence--candidates should send resume

Minimum Qualifications:
|
- Have (or obtain) Type 1-Level C License for Arkansas
|
| |
Preferred Qualifications:
|
- Four year degree
- 5+ years experience
