The TxSWANA Scholarship Committee is comprised of Emma Acosta, Bill Hindman, Charles Ross, and Don Ward. This
year they had the task of reviewing several excellent scholarship applications. After careful deliberation, the
scholarship committee reccommended, and the board approved awarding Jack C. Carmichael, P. E., Scholarships in the amount
of $1000 to each of the following individuals:
- Amy E. Chen, Daughter of Ed Chen in Houston
- Tiffany K. Labrie, Daughter of John Labrie in Beaumont
- Jordyn S. Livingston, Daughter of Keith Livingston in Irving
