Ken Pratt Receives the TxSWANA Service Award

The TxSWANA Service Award was presented to Ken Pratt of AL-JON for his lifetime service to the solid waste industry.
Ken passed away in December 2003, and the award was accepted by his son, Ken Pratt, Jr. at the 2004 TxSWANA Annual
Conference. We appreciate all Ken did for the solid waste industry, especially in Texas. He will be missed.

The 2004 TxSWANA Annual Conference was held in Brownsville, Texas from 29 to 31 March 2004. The conference
was deemed an outstanding success and was enjoyed by all who attended. A special vote of thanks is extended to
our vendors and all others who contributed to its success! More news about the conference will follow in July.
