Several months ago, you had the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas on the state's proposed revisions
to the industry Site Operating Plan (SOP) and the rewrite of Chapter 330 Rules.
Since that time, representatives of our Legislative Committee and our Legal Counsel have continued dialogue with
state officials and have reported on the progress made continuously.
The most recent update is found within this newsletter issue, and I ask that you review this information and provide
your input accordingly. Finally, as the end of this fiscal year rapidly approaches, I want to take this opportunity
to thank each and every one of you for your support as this Organization's President during this current fiscal year.
I trust that you will continue to embrace the efforts made by this organization and the people you elect to the
specific offices. Please note in this newsletter addition, there is a new slate of Officers and Board of
Directors being recommended for the upcoming fiscal years, which begins in April of 2005.
