1st and 2nd place finishers are eligible to compete for the top driving and mechanical honors at the 2006 SWANA

interact with public and private entities concerning solid waste & recycling, storm water, pretreatment, cross
connection control, and other topics. In addition, applicants should demonstrate strong oral and written skills
